THE PATRICK PAGE ARCHIVE: We have recently unearthed a huge number of audio recordings of interviews and lectures from the 1970's. It's facinating to hear our dad talking informally with the magical legends. This is a treasure trove and we considering compiling this archive for sale as a unique collectable item. This is of course, all subject to approval and we will be contacting those involved shortly. So fingers crossed! The tapes are now being digitalised to suit modern formats, cd, audiofiles, mp3, download etc. Much of this material was never released or has not been heard for decades. New Tricks Up for Sale

CARD IN WALLET, Devised by Patrick Page in 1960, this a trick performed by many magicians across the world including Paul Daniels. Perfect for close up.

The Effect: A spectator selects a card from a freely shuffled deck of cards, and marks the card with his initials. It is returned to the deck and, after he has shuffled the cards, the performer removes his wallet from his pocket, and on opening the zip pocket which is inside the wallet, he removes a card from it. The card is the very card that the spectator had selected, complete with his initials.

SLEEVE DROPPER, Devised by Patrick Page to enable a performer to release a Jumbo size coin into his sleeve and release it into the performer's hand to be produced or revealed as the performer desires. It can also be used to release a deck of cards, a ring, a lighter, a lady's powder compact etc.

EASY MONEY, Arguably the most famous trick invented by Patrick Page but one which many did not even realise that he invented. Blank paper to bills from the inventor. "....this is the original Patrick Page version and I like it better" Patrick Page.

The Effect: It turns blank pieces of paper into money and then money back into paper.

ACROBATRIC,  First published by  Patrick Page in 1984, this is a simple elegant card trick which changes Jacks to Kings and Kings to Jacks. Perfect for close up and table hopping.

The Effect: Two sets of four of a kind are shown, Kings and Jacks. Four Jacks     are placed face down on the table, leaving the four Kings in the hand. When the four Kings are turned face up they have changed to Jacks and when the Jacks on the table are turned face up they have changed to Kings.

DOUBLE MIRAGE, A classic  style close up trick. This is Pat Page's version of the Three Card Monte with four cards!

  The Effect: In Double Mirage the fourth card is shown and placed aside, face down. This card is eventually revealed to be the vanished Queen.

THE WONDERFUL MAGIC OF CHEFALO, Under Products Miscellaneous Items, we have also included a revised edition of the 40 page booklet "The Wonderful Magic of Chefalo" by Patrick's friend, the late Val Andrews. The book is published by Arcady Press and is dedicated to Patrick Page.

It charts the career of the Italian / American magician Raffael Chefalo and includes full details, illustrations and photos of his most famous effects, including The Great Oriental Duck Production. He toured the world with his stage show and was part of the "old boy network" that included Goldin, Dante and Houdini. One of magic's great showmen.
